How To Use The Practitioner Portal

Welcome to Quicksilver Scientific’s new testing portal. We built this platform to make it easier for you to do your job, helping your patients get and stay well. Here you can track the status of every testing kit you send to our lab – from arrival to results.

Paying for tests:

If your test has not been paid for, you will not be able to view results, even if testing is complete. Practitioners can submit payment via check or by providing a credit card number via phone. For assistance processing payment, please click here to contact our lab.

Using the portal:

When you log into the portal, click on TEST PORTAL to track the progress of your patients’ tests. All tests associated with your practitioner account will be listed on the TEST PORTAL page. From this screen, you can view the patient name, test type, the date it was received by the lab, the test status, payment status, and test results.

You will receive email notifications every time there is a status change on one of your patients’ test – when it arrives, when testing begins, and when the results become available.


The Quicksilver Scientific lab team works hard to give careful attention to each and every test we process and analyze. In most cases, it takes about three weeks from receipt to completion. Processing times may be extended during holiday periods. You can monitor your test status right here in the Portal.
